A room built for
slow evenings
CALL ME opened as an answer to rooms that tried too hard. Dark oak panelling, aged marble, and velvet the colour of last call — built not to impress at first glance, but to hold up under a second and third visit.
Behind the bar, a small team treats each pour like a short story: considered, a little theatrical, over before you want it to be. Come for one drink. Most people stay for four.

Rhubarb liqueur, shiso-cardamom cordial, soda water.
